what we do

All reel mowers get the same service. We remove the wheels and pull out all of the old grease. We put new fresh grease in and then we clean up the blades of the mower with WD40. We sharpen all of the blades and adjust the mower before giving you a call and letting you know your mower is ready for pickup.

How long does it take to get a mower sharpened?

Generally it takes 2-3 weeks for us to complete a mower.


That is a long time. What can I do in the meantime? 


I suggest that you speak with a neighbor or your local tool library.

 Do you need the whole mower?
We do not need the handle, so if it is easier for you feel free to remove it. If it is easier to leave the handle on, that is fine.
How often should I get my mower serviced?

Your mower should recieve service every 1-2 yrs, even if your blades are still sharp the grease still should be replaced.

Unfortunately Fiskers mowers are of a design we are unable to work on.

We quite often have reel mowers for sale, but I suggest calling to find out.
