​Appointments:

We are available by appointment Tuesday at our store location. Please allow 1 week in advance for scheduling. We charge a $20 fee on-top of our normal prices to do this. The fee will be waved for any order totaling over $100 as appointments are more convenient for large orders. We request you have at least 6 items for sharpening to set up an appointment.

What you receive:

​At this time you are our only customer and your order is completed as fast as we can. It does still take time to work on your items. We can do 15-25 items an hour depending on the type and condition of your items. Please be prepared for the wait time, but we can call or text as soon as everything is complete.

How to Set-up:

Please contact us at [email protected] with 2 potential times that would work for you between the hours of 10am and 5pm. Special scheduling times will be considered, but less likely. Please have an estimate of how many items and how many of those items are garden-tools (they take longer). We will then email back and forth until both parties are happy.

The Bad Stuff:

We do understand that life can happen. Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel. If you need to reschedule please notify us by 6pm the Saturday prior to your appointment. If you are a no call no show...we will not reschedule with you.

We do not do reserrating of knives or reel mowers at appointments as these can take a very long time.
