For your average order it takes 45min-3hrs. Items dropped off before 2pm are same day service. Garden-tools tend to be a late afternoon pickup time. We have several specialty items that are next day service such as hair shears and clipper / grooming blades. We have a couple of other items that can take more than a week such as repairing serrated knives and reel mowers.
